JavaFit coffee has the important missing minerals added for our bodies to live a healthier life.
Replace your coffee for a more healthier version, today!!

Coffee….. a Pleasurable and Healthy Morning Ritual!

Michelle and I have never really been very big coffee drinkers. We’ve been fortunate, through the teachings of my father, Dr. Joel Wallach, we’ve been eating properly, supplementing with the “Mighty 90”, and living the “90 For Life” way for a very long time. Simply, there was just no need to have an energy boost in the morning… or at least most mornings! It seems like routine coffee drinkers are seeking that quick pick me up EVERY morning… is that you? However, our view and experience with coffee totally changed when we met our friends at Javalution and began drinking the JavaFit coffee. What an experience it has been!
Looks like the scientific and academic community have taken notice about the benefits of coffee as well. A recent study published in Cancer Research suggests that drinking coffee can significantly lower your risk of basal cell carcinoma – which is the most common type of skin cancer. The statistics are pretty scary, they say that 30% of fair-skinned individuals will get basal cell carcinoma in their lifetime, that’s close to 800,000 new cases every year. Of course, protecting yourself from the sun is one avenue of prevention, but it also looks as though drinking coffee may be another.
“Our data indicate that the more caffeinated coffee you consume, the lower your risk of developing basal cell carcinoma”, said Dr. Jiali Han, of Harvard Medical School and Harvard School of Public Health. That’s a pretty impressive endorsement from a highly respected school of medicine. But Dr. Han didn’t just stop there, he also related the benefits of coffee to other “serious negative health consequences” such as Type 2 Diabetes and Parkinson’s Disease.
It really shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone, coffee is loaded with powerful antioxidants, nutrients that help prevent tissue damage by neutralizing free radical stress, and it contains healthy amounts of magnesium and chromium, which help the body to use insulin more effectively. So imagine now if you take the great foundation of coffee and add some additional nutrients to it to give it an even greater boost of health and wellness, you can see why I never miss my cup in the morning!
Why does coffee get such a bad rap sometimes? Well, it’s got more to do with the “extras” than the brew. A 6 ounce cup of black coffee contains about 7 calories. Add some half/half and now you’ve bumped up to 46 calories, throw in some sugar, and you could be at 100 calories before you know it. Remember, Starbuck’s Double Chocolaty Chip Frappuccino Blended Crème contains over 500 calories, and 100 grams of Sugar!
So enjoy a cup of JavaFit in the morning, relax, take it slow and know that you’re starting the day off with a tasty cup of wellness.
Until next week,
Best Wishes for Ultimate Health and Majestic Dreams!
